How to send devices for R&M by delivery?
a. Apply RMA list and non-commercial invoice from service center.
b. Please declare delivery as normal USB barcode reader with the piece of $20 per unit and do not send back the accessories especially batteries if they are working fine. Please send back by TNT if it is possible since this would be easier for custom clearance. Fill and send RMA request sheet and non-commercial invoice. And send the faulty devices no more than 3 pieces in one packet.
How to test and demonstrate RFID function?
a. Switch on the device.
b. Click Appcenter enter its page.
c. Select according RFID function to scan the cards.
How to check the reason of SIM card identification failure of C4050?
a. Make sure the SIM card can be supported by device.
b. Contact local operator to adjust internet service.
c. Check SIM card slot contact is broken or not, use alcohol to clean the contact to make sure there is no oxidation.
d. Contact sale representative or service center for R&M.
How to check the reason of WIFI connection failure for C4050?
a. Connect WIFI and start-up PING tool in Appcenter to check IP address.
b. Check the device can reach server or not.
How to check the reason of switch-on failure of C4050?
a. Dismantle the battery and change same type battery to switch on.
b. Connect the device with standard adaptor to charge the device and try to switch on, or use same type adaptor to charge.
c. Reflash operating system.
d. Contact sale representative or service center to send the device back for R&M.
How to restore factory data of C4050?
a. Switch off the device.
b. Press and hold power button and button on the left to restart the device.
c. Select “wipe data/factory reset” and press power button to execute.
How to execute screenshot of C4050?
a. Switch on the device.
b. Press and hold power button and button on the left together to capture the screen.
How to call-out function configuration of Appcenter of C4050?
a. Switch on the device.
b. Click Appcenter and enter its page.
c. Press button on the left and button on the right (below power button) together then loose.
d. Select functions with “check” sign and click “save” on the screen page.
