Chainway V600 features telematics to optimize real-time tracking, monitor OBD data and send data collection to enterprise dashboard. Chainway logistics fleet management solution offers a variety of transportation and logistics solutions to meet those needs:
 
Real Time Tracking
V600’s GPS capability enables fleet managers to know the accurate location of each vehicle in real time so that the latest transport job can be assigned to the nearest driver. Your fleet will finish shipments on time, every time.
 
Geo-fences ensure a driver follows the designed route. If a vehicle deviates from the route, V600 will send an alert to the backend server.
 
Driver & Vehicle Safety
V600 has a fingerprint scanner/RFID reader to detect drivers’ identities. Only the authorized driver can drive the vehicle. If you are concerned about drivers’ driving behaviors, connect V600 to a camera to record everything happening behind the wheel.
 
OBD port transmits OBD data via V600, including speed, fuel consumption and RPM, etc., to the back-end server. It promises both drivers and fleet managers to be informed of malfunctions, or dangerous driving behaviors.
 
V600 can also connect to a monitoring sensor to monitor changes in temperature, weight, pressure, humidity, etc. of cargo. Fleet administrators have real-time viewing of vehicles via wireless connectivity.
 
Emergency Response
Incidents happen. Video feeds stored by V600 can be replayed as evidence. If it is emergent and drivers need help, they can send a SOS message to the backend server through V600. Knowing the location of the vehicle and have access to live video, fleet administrators can take the fastest response to such incidents.
