Chainway Handheld Terminals Make Inventory More Efficient

The traditional management method is mainly manual accounting in large-scale warehouse management. The operation workload is large and cumbersome, and it also takes a long time. Moreover, it causes the inventory data to be inaccurate. It cannot transmit data sharing in real time in traditional inventory. As a result, managers can't understand inventory information in time, and make reasonable product allocation decisions in time.

Chainway mobile inventory solution consists of mobile handheld terminals and embedded terminal inventory management software. By operating the mobile handheld terminal to scan the barcode information of the goods, staff completes the work of each part of the terminal inventory, and then use the wireless data to transmit the product information to the back-end database, which bids farewell to the handwritten transcript, gets rid of the network cable, and easily realizes the intelligent mobile inventory anytime, anywhere.
 
Application details

Receiving management: According to the inbound receipt, after inspection, a label is attached to each item and sent to the logistics warehouse. The warehouse manager can scan the product barcode through the handset, and then register the product in the warehouse and upload the data directly to the back-end database system. 

Outbound management: After personnel obtains the delivery list, he scans the barcode to know the quantity and specifications of the goods required by the customer, and then perform the operation.

Inventory management: After the warehouse manager receives the checklist printed by the data center, he scans the inventory code to complete the inventory check.
 
Intelligent sorting: Scanning the barcode of the goods through the PDA to automatically identify the goods and record them for accurate and fast sorting of goods.

Inventory inquiry: You can query the relevant information of this product online by manually inputting or scanning the product code.
