Chainway PDA Renews Retail Enterprises

After market research, we found that the following problems in traditional retail enterprises.
 
  • There are many goods in the store, and the inventory changes are complicated. It is time-consuming and labor-intensive to manually inventory the goods, and it is easy to make mistakes.
  • Store managers can't know the sales situation of the store and the inventory of each product in real time, so they can't adjust the promotion measures in time according to market demand.
  • Inaccurate inventory information is not conducive to effective management of the store, often resulting in a backlog of commodity inventory or a shortage of best-selling products, and a waste of resources.
  • Due to the lack of effective supervision means, it is extremely inconvenient for performance appraisal.
    In response to the retail enterprise's needs for sales of goods, Chainway introduces RFID technology into commodity management, combined with the application of wireless network communication technology. The staff only needs to hold the PDA to realize the inventory goods in batch; connect the WiFi wireless network through the PDA terminal equipment to realize the real-time inquiry of the sales site information, and the sales data uploading. It reduces operating costs, significantly improve the level of shopping malls and enhance the consumer shopping experience.
 
Inbound management
According to the inbound order, after checking, a label is attached to each box of goods and sent to the warehouse. The warehouse manager can scan the barcode through the handset to register the inbound product and then upload the data directly to the back-end database system. 

Stock-taking
Scanning warehouse goods with smart PDA to complete fast and accurate inventory counting. The number of categories can be seen at a glance. PDA connects the back-end system through wireless network, and transmit the inventory information to the database in real time, greatly improving the inventory efficiency and feedback speed.
 
Intelligent sorting
In the sorting commodity link, the barcode of the goods can be automatically scanned by the PDA to achieve accurate and fast sorting of goods. It bids farewell to the inefficiencies and mistakes of repeated sorting in the past.
 
Product inquiry
It is convenient to query all the information of the product online by manually inputting or scanning the product code.
 
The information is automatically entered and transmitted to the database system using the network, eliminating the need for manual transcripts and realizing paperless office. It improves the efficiency of goods receiving and leaving the warehouse, avoids manual operation errors and effectively ensures adequate supply of various commodities. Real-time inventory information can be queried in real time and transmitted to the management system via wireless network, making management more efficient. The improvement of warehousing operation efficiency has promoted the whole product sales service to fulfill consumer satisfaction.
