Chainway Empowers Intelligent Warehouse Management

Workers often take stock manually in traditional management. The workload is heavy and it takes a long time. Moreover, human factors cause the inventory data to be inaccurate, and mistakes sometimes occur. It cannot transmit data sharing in real time in a traditional way, and compare inventory differences. As a result, managers can't understand inventory information in time, and make reasonable product allocation decisions in time.
 
In response to a series of problems faced by the warehousing industry in practical applications, Chainway launched a set of intelligent warehouse management systems based on application of Chainway handheld terminals. The system consists of a mobile handheld terminal and embedded terminal storage management software. By operating the mobile handheld terminal to scan the barcode information of the goods, staff can complete the work of all aspects, and then use the wireless data to transmit the product information to the back-end database, which bids farewell to the handwritten transcript, and easily realize the intelligent mobile goods sorting anytime, anywhere.
 
Application Brief
 
Inbound management: According to the inbound receipt, after inspection, a label is attached to each item and sent to the logistics warehouse. The warehouse manager can scan the product barcode through the handset, and then register the product in the warehouse, and then upload the data directly to the back-end database system.
 
Outbound management: After the warehouse management personnel obtain the delivery list of the delivery personnel, scan the barcode to know the quantity and specifications of the goods required by the customer, and then perform the operation.
 
Inventory management: After the warehouse manager receives the checklist printed by the data center, staff scan the inventory code to complete the inventory check.
 
Intelligent sorting: Scan the barcode of the goods through the PDA to automatically identify the goods and record them for accurate and fast sorting of goods.
 
Inventory inquiry: You can query the relevant information of this product online by manually inputting or scanning the product code.
