Chainway Promotes Intelligent Upgrade in Warehouse

The traditional management method is mainly manual stock-taking. The operation workload is large and cumbersome, and it takes a long time. Moreover, human factors cause the inventory data to be inaccurate. Traditional inventory cannot transmit data sharing in real time, and inventory differences are compared. Chainway helped to realize the intelligent management of goods storage and warehousing operations, goods inventory, order sorting, etc. by introducing barcode scanning technology into the management of retail chain warehousing management. Workers only need to scan barcode information through handheld PDA to apply cosmetics. It is convenient and efficient to realize information collection, comparison and other operations, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of inventory.

Application details
Input of warehouse management: According to the inbound receipt, after inspection, a label is attached to each item and sent to the logistics warehouse. The warehouse manager can scan the product barcode through the handset, and then register the product in the warehouse, then upload the data directly to the back-end database system.
 
Output of warehouse management: After the warehouse management personnel obtain the delivery list, scan the barcode to know the quantity and specifications of the goods required by the customer, and then perform the operation.
 
Inventory management: After the warehouse manager receives the checklist printed by the data center, the inventory code can complete the inventory check.
 
Intelligent sorting: Scanning the barcode of the goods through the PDA to automatically identify the goods and record them for accurate and fast sorting of goods.
 
Inventory inquiry: You can query the relevant information of the product online by manually inputting or scanning the product code.
